2.1 What is the right sleep time?

Sleeping is the best way for the human body to rest. It is important to ensure that the human body sleeps in the correct time on a daily basis.

2.1.5 Work and leisure people, aged is 66 and above, the correct time to go to bed is 9:30 in the evening, and to wake up naturally second day morning. However, preferably time of get up between 5 am to 6:30 am.

2.2 Why must guarantee the right time to sleep?
